Can guest email admin?

I m trying to figure out how I can enable guest to email forum admin via email form. When I logged in admin and view profile, I see the email icon and click it, it shows the email form. However, when I tried it as guest, it gives error "your are not allowed to access this area" .

Any help would be appreciated.

Here is a mod that allows you to configure the contact form for guest and members.
