If I'm understanding this correctly, you are probably looking into converting a YaBB SE forum to SMF, correct? If so, you'll have to download the upgrade package (http://www.simplemachines.org/download.php/smf_1-0-2_upgrade.zip), upload it into your YaBB SE directory, and run upgrade.php

Uhh, no it's not simple as that. Amacythe is right, all caps gets annoying and makes it seem like you're yelling at someone. Please try not to be rude like that again or nobody will help you!
