How can i make  my  subforum the same as this one

In SMF a subforum is called a child board.  Set up the board and check the box for 'child of' and  name the parent board.

if you search the forums, this has been asked a few times. It is very possible to rename Child Boards to Sub Boards or Sub Forums. You can also make the images show up next time them if that is what you mean (and if that is what you are asking in your other post) if that is what you mean, please keep with the other post, and we can help you with that also. Adding the image baside them is a simple thing to do

What's the limit to the number of sub-forums I can have?
I'll need to go about 4,5 or at times 6 layers deep with my forums.
Can SMF do this?

65,536 or higher.

The limit to how deep you can go is approximately 256 or perhaps higher.

Wow! Holy ******! 256 deep? This feature plus the karma feature has me sold. Good job guys.

I had 2 problems. I needed a way to determine who the annoying people were without having a Mcarthy style inquisition, Karma helps with this alot.

Phpbb and Invision boards were giving me a hard time. I really needed deep sub-forums or else my front page would be 3 feet tall.
The hacks didn't exist or they were a ****** to install.

Anyways, Yay!
