forum dead after installing visual mod

nothing will load now. my question is if i reinstall the forum, will i lose all the posts if i haven't backed up? is tehre anyway to remove the mod? or save the posts?

Go to your admin control panel, in the manage packages area, and browse your installs.  (I'm assuming this is how you installed the mod.)  You should be able to uninstall it in that window.

if your forum is completely dead. Just delete everything except Settings.php, Settings_bak.php, and the attachments folder. Then download the install package and re-upload everything but Settings.php and Settings_bak.php. That should make your forums work again.
