Problem adding smileys

I tried to add new smileys, but I got an error saying "No code for this smiley was given."  I notice my smileys have different names from those in default.  Any suggestion?

You need to enter a code for the smileys you add. If they're different names than the ones in other sets, you will need to either add them to all the sets or re-name them to match those in the other sets.
