IP Ban

I have a list of many known porn spammer IP's I want to ban.  Is there a way to do this in bulk? 

And just in case anyone wants to also add them to there ban list here is the list of spammer IP's.

It might be easier if you just enter them manually into the banlist. To enter them in a group will require you to input those IP addresses into individual "fields" in the database tables and it will be just as tedious.
