Forum Disappeared - replaced with only "Array_above"

My forum, has mysteriously, and completely, disappeared. It was working perfectly well yesterday when I looked at it. And now, it is completely inaccessible. When one goes to the forum, there is nothing on the page, except the words: "Array_above" on the page.
There isn't even any source code to look at. If I view the source, all it contains are those two words.

Logging in by FTP, I can see that all the files are still there. There have been no modifications to the forum for over a week, and it has been confirmed as working since it's last modification.

I have no idea what this error implies or what could have caused it.

Note that the forum is new, hardly used, and before I made any modifications to the theme, I upgraded to the very latest SMF, which I believe is 1.0.2.

The Forum, if you want to see it, is here, or at least it's supposed to be:
http://www.tokyocomedy.com/forum/

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Dave

Thank you for replying.

I read the thread that you referred to, but couldn't quite make heads or tails of what the implications are for my situation.

Do you mean my hosting service is slow to upgrade? Do you mean the physical server is slow to deliver my forum?

Since this was not a problem yesterday and is a problem today, does that indicate that my web host is in the progess of upgrading PHP? Or that they haven't? If they haven't, why would it not work now as opposed to any other time?

Is it specifically a Zend issue? (I have no idea what "Zend" is...)

Most specifically, I did not see my particular error listed among the errors talked about in the thread you referred to, so how are you sure it's the same problem?

Slow to upgrade.  Most hosts made this same upgrade last year, and your host has done in slightly later - a few months later.  This may just mean they're cautious, and isn't necessarily a bad thing.

It means they have, but they only updated one part if it.  They missed the second part, which many other hosts have also done.  I wouldn't fault them for it, but... essentially, they didn't finish.

Zend is the company that makes PHP.  "The PHP Company" as they call themselves sometimes.  They have their own (proprietary/not free like PHP) software that speeds up the execution of PHP (to great affect!)  Your host has this installed - which is a good thing - but they didn't update it when they updated PHP.

I am certain.  Read the notice here:

http://zend.com/store/products/zend-optimizer.php

If you want to make absolutely sure, you can post a phpinfo.php which will show exactly what's wrong.  What is phpinfo.php?

Unknown,

Thank you for your detailed explanation. I now understand the issue.

I will contact my web host and inquire about their schedule for upgrading their Zend optimizer.
