Mambo-SMF expectation

i just wanna know the expectation  of Mambo-SMF?
can it be good expectation  if i use Mambo-SMF for long time?

i think like this because joomla has good expectation  .many people use this, and many developer make templates etc.

I think Mambo and SMF are a good combination. Nothing is guaranteed....such is life

The SMF-Joomla bridge was discontinued because of the new GNU license/interpretation for it.
