Critical Error:

I received this error:

Unable to find crucial installation files in the directory of this script!

Please make sure you uploaded the entire installation package, including the sql file, and then try again.

Files & folders are chmodded (777) and the files are there, I can see it.

Error comes with beta and rc1.

Any suggestions?

Have you extraced all the files from the upgrade pack and replaced them over your existing ones.
Sometimes ftp might not replace them properly.

I'll try again, but it was a fresh install. Full package.

I installed the beta and upgraded to RC1, that worked.
