Ok, I have two question with image to maybe help what I am asking.

First Image: What does the "Stunod has no influence." mean? What is it for? What does it do?

Second Image: There is a image for member groups. I looked for the mod but didn't find it. Could someone point me in the right direction or give me the name. If its not a mod could someone please tell me who to add this.
