Changes not appearing

www.2.tonyperez.biz - I went into index.english.php and changed the bit after [news] that said News.  I changed it to User with most Highscores. I uploaded the file back, and the changes have not appeared. Help!

Clear your site cache

Admin > Forum Maintenance > Routine > Empty file cache > Run task now
