Fatal Database Dump Error

Hi there, I'm trying to dump my database through SMF and the file gets to about 300K and says it is finished. When I open the SQL file, at the bottom of the file I get the following:

Fatal error:  Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1639 bytes) in /home/httpd/vhosts/jedidefender.com/httpdocs/yabbse/Sources/DumpDatabase.php on line 218.

Any help? Thanks!

Can you try the attached, instead?  1.1 may solve this for you, as well.
