Member group permissions

I am using SMF 2.0 RC1 and wondering if there is an option where you can set
one member group permissions and it can be merged/copied over to other non-administrative groups.

For example I have:
newbie
jr. member
sr. member  etc.

If I want to have the same permissions of the newbie to reflect to jr. member, sr.member..is there a way to do this all at once instead of manually inputting
to each group?
