Installed tables?

Were these tables installed by smf2 rc1 or are they just left overs from a previous time?

Can I safely delete them since I am not running Tiny Portal?

Those are from Tiny Portal, and SMF has no dependencies on them, so as long as TP isn't installed you can remove them
