Ajax Chat integration error

I recently installed the Ajax Chat on my forum. But, when I went to run the ajax-integration-mod, it fails the test for modifying ./Themes/default/index.template.php file. I do not want to continue for fear of messing up my board. Any suggestions?

It's normal that you get an error for that file because a lot of mods affect that file.

Just continue and manually edit the index.template.php.
