Is there a setting somewhere that i have missed, that once you reply or create a thread it automatically goes back to it?

i know you can click on additional settings whilst posting to do it but is there a way to do it for everyone as a default setting?

Admin > Current Theme > Member Options.

Change Default Settings for members using this theme

Check 'Return to topic after posting by default'
