No Visual Verification

Hi,

Did a complete install of 2.0 RC1 from scratch.  Have not created boards.  Have not created any posts.  Have not installed an MODs. 

"Require verification on registration page" is checked. 

"Visual verification image to display" is set to Medium (I've tried each setting)

Ideas on how to get it working?

Not sure what was wrong.  Did a complete reinstall - again.  This time it works...
