Post Moderation for a board, not a member

Well, the subject pretty much says it all.   I want to make a post moderation on a board so that all posts on that board must be reviewed before they can be seen by others.   How is this possible?

This is possible with the post modification feature in 2.0 and then using local board permissions to enable it
