Unable to Edit Members Profile

With RC1 I am unable to edit my members profiles.  When I go into their profile their email field changes to my name and the password field changes.  After trying to save the changes, it will not submit becuase their is now no email address and then it wants me to type in their password.  Is this a known bug with RC1, if so is there a fix for it?

I have also tried this on the default theme and still get the same error.

If you mark a topic with a check mark, it usually won't be reviewed by the Support Specialists.  That icon means the issue is resolved.
