I tried a couple of times in a topic that something about CO2. Quote didn't work, neither did Insert Quote.

Also, Preview didn't work, just got the Fetching preview message.

Spotted another problem, I will PM you.

I suspect that your addition of multiple <html> and </html> and <body> and </body> tags in your source is what is causing your problems. This not only breaks the validation but is not a good practice.
