Copying mods to another forum

Is it possible to copy mods installed in one forum to another forum that doesn't have the same topics?

What do you mean by "Copy mods"? You can simply download and install the mods on the other forum, or are you referring to the data the mods hold and want to replicate them to another forum? You should ask questions smarter

To do that I'd have to be smarter (in php) thanks to this forum it's happening slowly but surely. Can I upload php files from my other forum instead of reinstalling main mods every time I start a new forum?

Yes, you can use the files for an SMF Installation with another provided the mods make no database changes, just make the relevant changes to ./Settings.php so SMF can connect to the forum's own database
