I've had users request the functionality of being able to jump to a page number in a thread.   Example, if a thread goes 200 pages, and they know there was a link or something on page 50, they'd like a box, to type in '50'  <go>  to automatically jump to that page.   Does this feature exist somewhere?

Well,
they can click it on the page numbers at the bottom of the page.

For example, this topic here:
http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=290609.0

Has 6 pages.
You only see 123...6.
When you click the dots, 4 and 6 will also show up.
Same goes for a thread where u have far more than 6 pages. :)

Should work on your forum aswell.
If it's not enabled you can enable it in your admin center.

Right, the numbers are there - that is what users are complaining about.  Some threads are hundreds of pages long.   They'd like to jump to individual pages by simply typing in a number into a box or something..    I dug around, and it appears there's no feature that exists like this..  if I'm missing it, someone let me know, otherwise they'll have to keep doing things the ol' fashioned way.   Thanks!

Is this issue resolved now?

Even if they are a few hundred pages long, it shouldn't take more than few clicks to expand it to that range.

If they still want to have a field to type in to jump to a specific page, we can move this topic over to the Mod Request board for you.
