Regular User's PMs

I have made a test account as a regular user and have been pm'ing myself testing out pm mods, why is it that it asks for verification and how can i turn this off?

This can be set via AdminCP

AdminCP -> Security and Moderation -> Anti-Spam -> Post count under which users must pass verification when sending personal messages.

To disable just set it as 0
