Hide tag in message board

I'm using SMF 2.04 Beta with the theme "shadow people" My problem is that not can find the tag and the mouse over function  to change the function of a existing button. I have the change to "hide" but the functions are still from the old button. See sreenshot.
Can anybody tell me how to change the funtion/ mouse over?
