For some reason I just received this error on a test forum I was playing with. I have no mods installed and I put everything back as it was before that particular editing session. Any thoughts on what might throw this error? Also, it does not throw any errors in the error log.

Is this still an issue?

Did you encounter this issues straight after installation and without editing files?  If you've edited files what did you use and how did you upload them?
