lancuhing file repair_settings.php i have this voice setted on Off and as i see is recommended setted to On i want ask what make this option ?

is better have is setted to On ?

This option makes use of the database for session storage - it is best for load balanced servers, but helps with all timeout issues and can make the forum faster. Doesn't work if session.auto_start is on.

my server sometime down when i have many users and guests ( over 80) online not so much bandwith i thiink

It won't affect bandwidth, and if everything's working I really can't tell you if it will affect performance.  You could try it, it's not a big difference.

If things are going wrong, it's usually a good idea.
