Not sure how to install the nneonneo's Shoutbox!!!

Hi all,

First off my i say i'm no good with PHP and just trying to get used to modding this type of code...

I'm currently using SMF 2.0 RC1 and want to install the nneonneo's Shoutbox  MOD but not sure which version to use?

I am willing to give admin details for someone to install for me....yes i know bad idea but have tried and can't get it to work!!!!
