Now I use 2.0.4 Beta But i want to upgrade become 2.0RC1...

how to i upgrade it??

i done download the package large upgrade..

but where i extract the package??

Extract the files on your desktop and then upload them to your forum directory.

If you installed them manually, then they will overwrite. Although if you use the package manager, during install, me thinks you can keep those still compatible.

I wouldn't. I know it's supposed to be fine in theory but some people (including myself) have noticed problems with it in practice. Better to get rid of the mods then install them again later IMHO.

I would advice this as well. It makes the upgrade smoother.

How did you upgrade to BETA 4?  The same process you employed to upgrade to that version is the same one you use to go to RC1.
