Send PM, not Email ?

I want to send all my members a Private Message ( Not an Email )

How do i do this ??

The same way you'd send them all an email - just check the "send a pm" box instead.

Last time i did that the members got both mail and PM ??

Is there any way of sending members a PM without them getting notification emails ??

Well, most members get a notification when they get a pm.  It's an option in their profile.
