can't edit or add board when I upgrade from 2.0b4 to 2.0rc1

I upgrade from 2.0b4 to 2.0rc1, I can't edit or add board.

Error shown as pic, i try to edit or add in defalt theme but it's still same error.

Did you try this with another browser like Firefox to see if it has the same problem? Looks like it's restricting this in Internet Explorer.

I never try another browser but I try 3 of computer and use IE but it's still same error.

Well it could be script errors with IE, link to forum will help.  Are you using the core theme?

What is the error log entries?
