General question

On some forums their are mods for the topics on the forum to be indexed by search engines, and other forums like VB that has it all automatically included.

With SMF, is their a mod to do that or is it automatically included?

If you're using Apache, there's a feature that allows URLs to look like this:

http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php/topic,29335.0

There are also instructions available on how to make it look like this:

http://www.simplemachines.org/community/topic,29335.0

Or similar.
