Changed reading privileges to members-only, but guests still view!

I'm stumped -- I changed reading privileges on my forum; you now have to log in to see the board.  However, the occasional guest is still displayed as reading the board.  For example:

Guest  (68.126.___.___)     09:26:55 PM     Viewing the topic _____________.

How in the world are some guests still able to read messages?  I can't read anything anymore without logging in...

The log shows what a guest clicked, not necessarily what they did.

A guest can click any link that is displayed on your index page, and that will be logged, but that doesn't mean they actually did see what they attempted to see.

But some of the topics it says they're looking at are NOT visible from the index page... for instance, a guest is looking at one of the member's profiles, which is definitely not visible from the index page...

If the user whose profile they're trying to view has a birthday soon or posted recently, a link to their profile could be visible on the boardIndex. Also, the guest could have gotten the link from someone else who is a member.

When I'm not logged in, I see no information given on the board index about birthdays, or topics most recently active, etc..  You really can't see anything when not logged in. 

However, yes, I suppose someone could have sent a link to a guest!

BTW, thank you for helping me out with this.  It's been puzzling me for a while now!

ETA: One of the guests is currently "Viewing the results of a search"!  That seems even more puzzling than the guests viewing a topic (which, yes, could have been the result of someone sending a link to the guest)!

I just checked your board.  I see the most recent member (clicked for profile and got an error about registration) I see the search button (clicked that as well and got the same error) Calendar too.  Help did open another screen for me.
