Integrating Arcade into the index.php

I have renamed the Home button to Arcade, and I have a portal there. I was wondering how I could integrate the arcade page so it is like a seperate website but it is embedded in a PHP block.

Not sure if the Custom Action mod might help you integrate better.  I know the SMF arcade mod integrates into SMF no problems, but I guess you're not using that.
