Merge Forum and Member Search on same page

I'd really like to see both the member search and forum search on the same page. I've seen someone do it on their forum and I have no clue how they did it. Here's the forum it was done on:

This is the forum of the person who made the SMF Search Enhancement Mod.

I'm sure this couldn't be too hard to do, a little copy and paste. Anybody know a quick fix cuz I'd really like this done on my forum!
