I decided to upgrade my 2.0B4 to RC1, but how exactly do you do that? Replace the files by FTP, or install it via the Package Manager? I just want to be sure before I screw up...

My advice to you, make a thorough backup of your db and forum files too if you have custom modifications, before you start the upgrade.

If you upgraded from 1.1.x to 2.0 then it's the same processes.

I prefer to remove all files except the needed ones, settings.php, settings_bak.php, attachment/avatar folders.  Then perform the Large Upgrade process.
