Red x's - apparent missing image issue after update

We have one user complaining of "red x's"...  after getting them to send a screen shot, we suggested they recache, as we recently updated our forum software.   They said they already tried that and it is not working.   Any ideas why this would affect only one user (well, only one that's complained so far) - the missing image is the "new" button that appears for all of the new posts.   This exact thread can be located here.  http://monroetalks.com/forum/index.php?board=1.0  - it's not missing on any of our browsers....

Most likely the image is not found.

Make sure you have the following folder & image:
../Themes/yourtheme/images/english-utf8/new.gif

yeah, it's there..  and shows up fine everywhere we look, so it can't be a missing image.. I guess something with this individual's computer/browser?....

From looking at your forum I guess you solved your issue by setting your default server language to english instead of english-utf8.
