Invision Convertor or other convertors

Does the invision convertor have an ability to convert the CSS like the yabbse one converts the theme or does anyone know a quick way to convert the css? It would be useful as were convertin from Invision Free to smf and want to convert the css. even basic functionality would be good or is it down to good old hand editiing.
