"UsersOnline" Jumps to the Top

When ever I install a portal system (so far I've tried SimplePortal and PortalX??) the "Usersonline" which is usually located at the bottom, jumps to the top. My link is: http://blizzcraft.l4rge.com/index.php?action=forum
