Missing image, yet same image elsewhere.

Would appear to be these 2 posts only and not anywhere else on the forum, can not figure out way these 2 are xx.gif.gif

As far as I know, it shouldn't be called xx.gif.gif.  Only xx.gif

Did have it, uninstall now, along with other mods, deleted all the files that mods setup and upload a clean modification.english.php file.

Tries many ways I know of, still missing.

Well [Unknown], I'm lost, where do I actually do this, used phpMyAdmin before, been a while.

The topic I linked to should say... select the database SMF is installed in, go to the SQL tab, and paste what I posted in the big white box.

Doing the update didn't work, and I expect what image below has is, current icon should'nt be there, the 2 posts in question has it, while the rest don't.
