sorry i was rushing it its stars. sorry its after you get a certain amount of post you have 1 star then 2 stars but i want to add a different picture instaed os stars how can i do that and what size should it be

the size is up to you and the theme you use, put them in your themes images folder and put the name in the space provided when you edit the group in the admin panel.
