Hi,

Is there a simple way to delete the links to moved topics left on the forum ?

If so, help me please.

peterstannard

when you deleted a topic just do tick "post a redirection topic"

I think he means do NOT tick to post a  redirection topic.   Also, you can go to your profile and set moderation to Checkbox rather than Icon, then use Search for Moved.  All topics that are moved can then be checked and deleted at the same time.

@Armacythe

Well thank's. It is in fact my problem.
When the moderators move some posts, they leave the moved link so that the users can see wath was done, but after a while it is better to delete them. I will try wath you said, of course.
But it is my opinion that would be a nice feature in the admin section, to be able to delete them all at once or after xx time.

I always just search for "MOVED: " (in quotes just like that...)

Ok, that i understand completly, but yhe problem is that if you do that in the search button, you do not have the 'delete' button on the message or the checkbox to do that.

Wath you get is a list of messages, and to delete them you must read them and delete them after. So much work to do.

So, in fact my opinion remains the same. If it was a feature in the admin section, would be much easyer to delete the topics.

But anyway, thanks for the replys.

1.1 has an option to remove them, well it will when it is released anyway.
