Ad Manager and bevadih theme

Hi, I've tried everything to get the Ad Manager to work on a different theme other than the default theme, I have found numerous of instruction and nothing seems to work.  I first tried it on smf 1.1.8 to no avail and then upgraded to 2.0 RC1 with no luck either.  I changed themes like a million times, and tried all the manual install intructions that I have found in different places.  The SMF manual install instructions are the worse, they say look for this and that and only half of the crap that you are instructed to look for are there.  WTF?

I'm using the bevadih theme that I downloaded from the SMF website compatible with SMF 2.0 RC1.  Does anyone else have this set up that can help me get the Ad Manager working on my forum?

When you installed the mod in SMF 2.0, did you choose to install it on all themes?
Its a new feature in 2.0. Although depending on how different the theme is from smf default core, manual edits to the theme may still be required.
