Error while Login to to my site im Admin to this

I have a big problem with my site can somebody help me abt this
recently i installed some applications to my SMF 2.0 RC1  now i can't login to my site it say the following error
"Template Parse Error!

Recently i installed Portal to my site

nstalled Portal only after that i worked some time it work but now (after 30minits) it doet's work
i am not able to login

with out log in to site how can i change the theme?
