problem with attacements

i cant delete any attachments it says cant check reffering url please go back and try again.

how can i sort this out? or how can i disable checking of reffering urls when deleting attachments from the attacment manager?

You have to delete them directly from the attachments management page, don't visit any other pages inbetween.
