Is it possible to change the location of the attachments location
example my website is: http://www.mywebsite.com and i post a attachment then it will be saved in the FTP of http://www.anyothersite.com

It's possible if they're on the same server and SMF has access to the directory

You can update the path from the Attachments and Avatars Manager section of the Admin CP, insert the path to the directory you want to use for attachments

My previous post has content linked to a section of the Admin CP, have you had a look at that?

If you browse though the Admin Control Panel, you'd find where to adjust the attachment path

I can only find in attachment settings: /users/gijsmin/www/attachments
But then i can't change from FTP database
so how?

What's FTP database?
After changing the path (/users/gijsmin/www/attachments) to what you want, it should work fine. I presume the other folder is also under the same account, ask your host for the path if you can't get it
