Sendmail was a built in process if I remember but i probably dont but I know some soemthing like postfix is a linux mail thing. SMTP will require your ISP's SMTP details.

But, SMF options i can set only sendmail or SMPT. Can you explain me: sendmail in forum it is mean the real sendmail-8.12 in linux or it combine other programs too?

Most of the other programs (like qmail) have sendmail backwards-compatibility.  Sendmail is an older script that is very possible.

Saying sendmail just means PHP's settings in it's php.ini file.
