1. I want to enable WYSIWYG editor.

Open the Administration Center, Forum, Post Settings, Disable WYSIWYG editor, that should be unchecked, it's enabled by default :)

2. I want to remove the version number from the bottom (if possible)!

Open ./index.php

Koodi (Find) [Valitse]
$forum_version = 'SMF 2.0 RC1';

Koodi (Replace with) [Valitse]
$forum_version = '';

See: How do I modify files?
Alternatively, use this modification :)

Though this work for me, I found out that by doing this, the mods I have installed get errors and I gpt problems on installing new mods too at the package manager. It took me hours before I found out the root cause. An error to one of my mods has prompted that there must be a system upgrade req, that I need to upgrade to the latest version of 'SMF' (in context), I immediately edited back the /index.php file and the package manager and other mods got back to normal.

Well, you can modify it to install mods and replace the variable when you don't need to (un)install mods.
Motoko-Chan has a mod to remove the version variable, search the mod site, not sure how things will go after installing it.
