Questions - against spam registering not working ?

I added 2 questions and answer... but they do not appeat at register ? What do I do wrong ?

sorry for double post, but really, no one using that question answer sistem ? is working for you ? i added it but is not ahowing at registration. what do i miss ?

If so, are you referring to something from a mod, or the spam questions that are a default feature in SMF?
