Banner/Login Info Conflict

Hello - New to the forums 

Tried Phpbb - had too much error trouble - giving SMF a go. Im using the Apollo theme and in the admin panel where i put the banner URL it shows - but it squeezes the login info to left and makes box huge. Anyone know how i can fix this?

I suggest making the banner smaller...
