403 Forbidden just suddenly - SOLVED

Just one day this week my forum stopped working.

I'm running 2.0 B4, but then I uploaded 2.0 RC1 to try to solve the problem, but I can't run upgrade.php.

I'm getting 403 Forbidden.

You don't have permission to access /smf on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Checked file permissions.  I did the whole
